MAY 9 2008 THE WALLEYE BITE IS STEADILY IMPROVING AS OUR WATER WARMS. THE WATER TEMPS ARE AROUND 50-52 DEGREES. EVENING SHORE FISHERMAN ARE DOING WELL. THE WATER LEVELS ARE UP FROM LAST YEAR. HAVE NOT HEARD OF ANY CRAPPIE BITE YET. YOU MIGHT WANT TO LOOK AT PICKEREL LAKE OR HAZELTON LAKE FOR CRAPPIE. REPORT BY DOUG JOHNSON FROM THE SPORTSMANS COVE 605-345-2468.
